Private Cooking Master Class with Maxine Moore

Led by our founder and head chef, Maxine Moore, this 1 – 2 hour private masterclass is guaranteed to introduce you (or further acquaint you) to a world of Caribbean flavour and culinary excellence. We offer either a one to one class or bring a group of up to 10 people. This private masterclass can be carried out in a hired location with kitchen facilities, or in the comfort of your own home. We are able to help with suggesting suitable locations to hire for group masterclasses. Whatever your personal level or skill may be, you will leave with an expanded knowledge of Caribbean ingredients, culinary technique, and mouth-watering marinades; along with the delicious dishes you create of course!
