Brunch

Mango Lollipop Chicken

Fried chicken wings drizzled with a sweet, sticky mango glaze.

Crispy Fish Fritters with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Flakey salted cod, shallow fried in a light herby batter and served with handmade sweet chilli sauce.

Callaloo stuffed Cherry tomatoes

Sweet cherry tomatoes bursting with traditional West Indian Callaloo, peppers, onions, scotch bonnet and Caribbean spinach (spice level – moderate).

Cocktail Patties

Golden, flakey pastry stuf ed with deliciously seasoned filling; either diced vegetables or lamb mince. Served with decadent Moore Taste mango sauce.

First Course

Sweet potato Coconut Soup

Freshly sourced sweet potatoes blended with creamy coconut milk and flavoured with delicate, warming spices.

Deep Fried Duck Eggs over Trinidad Curry Base

Savoury duck eggs, (first boiled, then fried in breadcrumbs till crisp and golden) served on top of a Traditional Trinidad style potato curry base.

Jamaican Ackee Fruit with Salt Fish

Fresh salt fish and Ackee served over a soft yam disc and garnished with sweet plantain.

Palate Cleanser – Lemon Sorbet

Soft, sweet and tangy sorbet to refresh your palate.

Main Course

Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

Organic chicken breast marinated and cooked in a rich flavourful spice blend served with sweet and vibrant mango salsa.

Curry Goat

One of Jamaica’s most loved dishes; locally sourced goat meat cooked in garlic, ginger and fresh thyme to make a rich and wholesome curry bursting with flavour and spice.

Dessert

Deconstructed Apple Crumble

Sweetened and spiced apple compote topped with a buttery biscuit crumble. Served with custard or vanilla ice cream.

Traditionally made Jamaican coconut drops paired beautifully with rich vanilla ice cream, flakey meringue and fresh cream. Topped with coconut shavings and crystallised ginger.

Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Ice Cream

Sweet and succulent pineapple, lightly charred and served with indulgent coconut ice cream.
